Not only does sunlight make you feel healthy and strong, but your body heals quicker and your spirits are lifted in the rays of the sun. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• If you spend the entire duration of a long rest in the sunlight, you complete a long rest after 6 hours instead of 8.
• If you spend the entire duration of a long rest in the sunlight, you regain your total number of spent Hit Dice.
• You cannot be frightened while you have direct sunlight upon you.
