You've seen your friends hit one too many times, you gain the following:

• You can increase your Constitution or Dexterity modifier by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can use your reaction to move in front of another creature you can see within 5ft that is about to take damage, you instead take the damage. You can do this for all damage types except psychic, thunder, and poison.
