You as a bonus action revert a creature or object within 60ft to the state it was in 6s ago. If the target is an unwilling creature make a spell attack against it. All of it's physical attributes and any external effects on it are rewound to it's form at that time except mental resources such as their memory and any spell slots, ki points or similar features. The creature also is relocated to it's location 6s ago relative to the planet. This does not count as teleportation. You can use this feature up to your intelligence modifier number of times per long rest.
Also your proficiency with use of Chronomancy allows you to scribe Time related spells from any school into your spellbook in half the time.
This technique was developed by Timeaus on Amtha's Eye and may not have been developed in other lands. Check with your DM whether it exists in your world.
