By channelling all of your energies through your body or mind you are able to push yourself beyond your limits.
As a bonus action, you may increase one ability score of your choice (except Constitution) by 10 for the duration of 1 minute. Once the effect of this feature finishes you gain 2 levels of exhaustion.
This ability can be used for a maximum of 3 times/ long rest.
