Yes, Move towards it, No, Move 30' in a random direction (DM roll [roll]1d4[/roll], 1=North, 2=East, 3=South, and 4=West)
(3) Did that something die?
No, Attack it again next round Yes, go to (2)
After level 2 you can gain more control, similar to attuning to a weapon you can take a period of short rest and focus on the powers. this will lower the DC required to control the transformation eventually leading to the ability to transform on will and have full control. This is all up to DM discretion.
From level 4-7 you randomly transform, but begin to gain control of your transformation, but must beat a flat DC of 12 to control the transformation. Transformation occurs when full moon (DM discretion), when enraged or angered, or loss of life is immediate to player (DM discretion), and when long resting (on roll of 15 or higher or DM discretion). Once in control of this bear form you understand previously spoken languages, but can response. You also can discern friend from foe.
From level 8-10 you randomly transform, but begin to gain control of your transformation, but must beat a flat DC of 7 to control the transformation. Transformation occurs when full moon (DM discretion), when enraged or angered, or loss of life is immediate to player (DM discretion), and when long resting (on roll of 15 or higher or DM discretion). Once in control of this bear form you understand previously spoken languages, but can response. You also can discern friend from foe.
You have resistance to slashing, bludgeoning and piercing damage from non-magical, non-silvered weapons.
You have vulnerability to silvered weapons.
While in combat, If you take damage that would leave you mortally wounded in the bear form. You change back into your normal form and begin your rounds of saving throws, however you automatically receive one failed saving throw upon transforming back into your normal form.
