Blade Construct Northern Style

In a current army in the North has passed down a technique called Blade Construct. Only achievable whenever you reach a upper rank of The White Wings following the way of Suzority. Not much is known of its origins or how it is manifested. It summons blades that can come up from the floor doing 3d6 slashing damage, from a range of 20ft, enemies get one constitutional saving throw, if the enemy has to get a 12 or higher to dodge successfully. The Blades could be just blades thrown straight towards the enemy and do 1d12 and the enemy has to roll a 15 or higher to dodge. Or you can summon a blade of choice that can be used for 2 minutes or 24 turns, unless you have another blade is equipped. The blade that you summon must be a weapon that you own or is currently in your backpack. The summoned weapon can also be given to allies, but the blade leaves 100ft of the summoner it will automatically disappear. This feat doesn't duplicate the weapon but summons a weapon from the summoner experience. If they decide to practice repetitively to power will continue to grow stronger. 

It uses a similar idea to spell slots, where you can only have a limited amount of uses, called soul slots.Can be used once per long rest. You gain an extra soul slot per level increase.
