You no longer lose movement while swimming and if you have a swim speed that is doubled.
You can hold your breath for much longer periods of time (minutes = 3 + CON, minimum 1 minute). When hit while holding your breath you have advantage on CON saving throws to continue holding your breath.
You gain proficiency in Vehicles (water).
