Once per long rest you can regain a single spell slot of the maximum level you can cast as an action.This feat does not grant you the ability to cast spells or spell levels that you do not already have nor can it be directly used to cast a spell. When you use this feature you slip momentarily into a meditative state invoking an attack of opportunity from creatures that engaged in melee with you within the last round.
