Improved Two Weapon Fighting

By using an off hand melee weapon, you can expend your bonus action to either double your attack action or spend the round parrying incoming attacks.  If you choose the parry option, you'll roll base weapon damage and increase your armor class by the rolled amount.  In the instance of fighters, the doubled action cannot be combined with Action Surge or battle maneuvers.
