Possessing strength so sublime it becomes art, you gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

• Any time you would roll Charisma (Performance) or Strength (Athletics), you can roll the other instead. You can combine the bonuses of both once per long rest.
