Longneck

You have a neck that can stretch out to great hights. You gain the following benefits:

• You can use a bonus action to stretch your neck up to 25 ft. high, being able to see over any objects of that height. You can stretch it back in using another bonus action.
• When your neck is stretched out, you can make an unarmed strike 25 ft. in the air, or 25 ft. away from you if nothing is in the way. 
• Your long neck increases the amount of blood you have in your body increases, and your maximum amount of hitpoints increases by 4.
