You are blind.
The effects are the same as being temporary blinded, but permanent. They can be circumvented by blindsight or magical effects that allow you to see through another creatures senses.
- A blinded creature can't see and automatically fails any ability check that requires sight.
- Attack rolls against the creature have advantage, and the creature's attack rolls have disadvantage.
Your blindness is incurable by normal means or mortal magic. It carries over to any form or shape you might take on (e.g. via Wild Shape or the spell Shapechange).
