Eldritch Reserves

When you use the feat Eldritch Reserves, you call upon your personal energies to bolster your eldritch abilities.  To use the feat a character must spend 1/2 of his total Hit Dice (rounded up). This HD expenditure allows you to regain all expended spell slots as if you had taken a short rest. Using your HD in this manner doesn't restore any lost hit points. A character must undergo a long rest before using this feat again.
