Prerequisite: Requires any firearm.
If wielding any firearm right before entering initiative for a battle then +3 in addition to what you roll.
if you are the first person in the battle to make an action then you gain a bonus action right after it.
this can only work if you are wielding a firearm before rolling for initiative, the second can only start if you are the first one to make an action on the battle list.
