Prerequisite: Requires being an Orc, Half-Orc or a Barbarian of 8th level or higher.
 

The fight stirs up the rage within, you gaining power the better you perform in combat until you are lost in an anger-filled frenzy. You gain the ability to gain blood points in battle, your maximum blood points are equal to ten times your constitution modifier. You gain blood points at the end of your turn equal to the damage you dealt that turn (half if it wasn't melee damage) and you lose blood points equal to half the damage you take every time you take damage (rounded down with a minimum of 1), you can not have negative blood points and you lose all blood points at the end of combat. Depending on the number of blood points you have you gain the following benefits:

  • 0-5:     You gain no benefit for your head is still clear and your heartbeat calm.
  • 6-10:   You begin to get agitated and your attack begins to get more brutal, you gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls.
  • 11-20: You begin to see things red, at the beginning of your turn if you have 11 or more blood points the first 5 points of damage you take that turn reduce your blood points instead of your hit points.
  • 21-30: Your rage it's pushing the limits of your senses, once per turn when you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, you can make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
  • 31-40: You don't feel pain anymore only rage, increase your bonus to attack and damage rolls to +4 and the amount of damage that your blood points can absorb per turn to 10.
  • 41-50: A beast in the battlefield with a deadly red shine in its eyes, you gain +1 bonus to the weapon's critical range and one additional damage dice when dealing a crit.
  • 51-...: Your strikes make the earth tremble and your enemies break, if the next attack you make after a critical attack hits, it becomes a critical attack too.
