Although cursed by the exceedingly rare bite of the Wereplatypus, you have managed to maintain a semblance of control over the affliction and can shift your form, for 10 minutes, into a hybrid of platypus and human equipment worn and carried either molds to become part of the transformation, carrying all benefits with it, or is dropped. You can transform into your hybrid body a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses of this ability after completing a long rest.
While transformed, your size is small,
Platypus Radiance: You emit a dim, teal light visible in a 5 foot radius
Lycanthropic Resistance: While in this form you have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical, non-silvered weapons
Naturally Aquatic: While in this form you are able to hold your breath for a number of minutes equal to double your constitution modifier plus double your proficiency bonus. Your face takes on a duck bill and waterproof brown fur covers your body. Your hands and feet become webbed and you gain a swimming speed of 60 feet.
Electrical Awareness: While submerged in water you gain darkvision to a range of 120 feet and blindsight to a range of 20 feet
Natural Weapons: Your grow a tail the length of your body, and venomous spikes protrude from your legs. Your tail is a natural melee weapon with a range of 5ft, +1 to hit, damage die 1d10+STR+PB. As part of the same attack action you can attempt to poison the target with your spikes. The target must make a constitution saving throw equal to your spell save DC or take 1d6 poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute
Cursed Existence: While under the effect of this curse, you are vulnerable to all silvered weapons. As your bill forms, you lose the ability to speak. You understand all languages you previously knew, but can only communicate in a series of purrs, clicks and trills (platypus). These sounds are sufficient for somatic spell components. Additionally, each night at sunset or moonrise, whichever is later, you must make a constitution saving throw on a failed save you transform into a fully feral Platypus and spend the next hour seeking out the most evil humanoid you can find, and attempt to capture them. While in this state, your Wisdom score becomes 3. On nights when Ruidus and Catha touch in the sky, you have disadvantage on the save and on a failed save the duration becomes until dawn.
