Once per day at the cost of taking 2 points in Exhaustion, as a Reaction you may consume one spell that is being cast within 30ft of you and at the start of your next turn the spell is immediately cast.
You may do this for any spells your opponents cast that you have a level for{this does not cost you a spell level}.
Any spells you attempt to consume above your current level will result in a need to roll a d10 you will need to roll higher then the spell cost and consume a sorcerer point to succeed. If failed you take the point of exhaustion and the caster succeeds in casting their spell.
Consumption of a Legendary Action:
An action that has a cost of one point is treated as a success.
An action that has a cost of 2 points must be rolled you must roll off against DM,
An action that is 3 points needs a roll of 10.
