Prerequisite: Must be a Bard or Cleric with the Light, Life, or Nature domain and must be of lawful Alignment
As a being of Light or Divinity you have no need for rest. During a short of long rest you may play an instrument if you have one. Playing an instrument for one hour grants you the same perks as a long rest while granting your party temporary hit points equal to 1d6+Your level on top of the short/long rest effects.
