There are two different variants of Lycan - Lycanthrope & Lycanborn. The difference between the two. is that the Lycanthrope variant can lose control of its form and turn into a werewolf.This form is broken only once the character has either been killed or rendered unconcious.
The character gains the following effects;
Thick Skin: armor class increases by 1
Hair of the Dog: +2 hit points per level
Padfoot: +5ft walking speed
Impactful Strike: +2 melee damage
The Lycan's Curse: vulnerability to silver damage (listed as radiant on character sheet as homebrew doesn't list silver)
