You have inexplicable luck that seems to kick in at just the right moment.

  • You have 5 luck points. Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one luck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one of your luck points after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
  • You can also spend one luck point when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d20, and then choose whether the attack uses the attacker's roll or yours. If more than one creature spends a luck point to influence the outcome of a roll, the points cancel each other out; no additional dice are rolled.
  • You can use your reaction to use one of your luck points assist an ally within 30 feet of you
  • You regain your expended luck points when you finish a long rest.
  • Whenever you expend a use of will of fate you roll on the fate table

1-10- Roll on the wildmagic surge table
11-18- Deal 2d10 of necrotic damage to a random target within 60 ft of you
19-25- You heal 2d6 to a target of your choice within 20 feet of you
26-39- you teleport to a space you can see within 30 feet of you
40-50- nothing happens
51-57- you cast magic missile at 1st level
58-64- you gain 5 temporary HP
65-75- the next time you cast a damaging spell or make an attack, you can choose the damage type
76-85- next time you damage a creature, you take half that damage
86-90- Your next attack misses
91- 92-The next attack against you is a critical hit
93-96- The next attack that hits you or the next attack you hit has a plus 5 to damage
97-98- all creatures within 30 feet of you regain 2d10 hp
99-00- The next attack you make is a critical hit
