You've learned to put your full weight into every punch, kick, and headbutt, letting your momentum empower your strikes. You gain the following benefits:

  • Your unarmed attacks deal 1d4 bludgeoning damage, instead of the usual 1. If you already have a feature that improves your unarmed attacks in this way, you instead increase the die size by 1 stage (1d4 > 1d6 > 1d8 > 1d10 > 1d12). This cannot increase the damage of your unarmed attacks beyond 1d12.
  • On your turn, when you score a critical hit with an unarmed attack or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with one, you can make one unarmed attack as a bonus action. If you already have a feature (such as Martial Arts or Flurry of Blows) that allows you to make one or more unarmed attacks as a bonus action, you may instead increase the number of unarmed attacks made with that bonus action by one. This only applies if you score a critical hit or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with an unarmed attack as part of your attack action, and this increase can only happen once during your turn.
  • Before you make an unarmed attack, you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add +10 to the attack's damage.
