The character gains the following traits:

• Speed: 40' in tiger form.
• Darkvision: 60'
• Strength of 17 if his or her score isn't already higher.
• Damage Immunities - Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks that aren't Silvered
• Attack and damage rolls for the natural weapons are based on Strength.
• Abilities - Shapechanger, Keen Hearing and Smell, Pounce.  For the Pounce trait, the DC is 8 + the character's proficiency bonus + Strength modifier.
• Actions - Multiattack, Claw, and Bite.
• Cannot speak in tiger form.

This feat is to gain the benefits of being cursed with lycanthropy as a weretiger based on the 5e Monster Manual pages 207 and 210.
