Prerequisite: they must be either chaotic evil or chaotic good. they also need a wisdom score of 13 or higher to use.
Allows the character to regain half their hp once they reach 1 hp or less.
If they die a second time they have a chance to be reborn with half of their hit points and health points if they roll a 9 on a d10.
