You've learned to make the most of a fast weapon in each hand, attacking in rapid flurries. You gain the following benefits:
- On your turn, when you take the attack action with a non-heavy melee weapon that you are proficient with in each hand, you can make one additional melee weapon attack as part of the same attack action (both weapons must be used at least once during your attack action in order to use this feature).
- Once per turn before you make a melee attack while wielding a non-heavy weapon in each hand that you are proficient with, you can choose to rapid flurry allowing you to add the other weapon's damage die to the attack if it hits, but the attack has a -5 penalty to the attack roll.
