By all rights your drunken bullshit should have got you killed by now but somehow you always manage to get away with it.
You have 10 drunken luck points, which you can only use while drunk.*
Whenever you would make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw with disadvantage, you can spend one drunken luck point to negate the disadvantage, or two drunken luck points to roll at advantage instead.
Whenever an attack roll would be made against you at advantage, you can spend one drunken luck point to negate the advantage, or two drunken luck points to force the roll to be at disadvantage instead.
Additionally, you have advantage on death saving throws while drunk.
You regain all of your expended drunken luck points when you complete a long rest and recover from the hangover.
*Definitions of "drunk" may vary depending on the GM, but for the purposes of mechanical 'balance', drunkenness should be roughly equivalent to the poisoned condition.
