You have strengthened your will either threw years of mentally training yourself, or merely sheer stubbornness to do things when and how you see fit

When you take this feat you gain the following

• You increase your Wisdom by 1 to a max of 20
• You gain advantage on Wisdom saving throws that would alter your mental state (i.e. charmed or frightened)
