When you are dropped to 0 hit points but aren't instantly killed, you don't fall unconscious and don't make death saving throws. If you are hit while still at 0 hit points, you suffer a failed saving throw and suffer 2 failed saves on a critical hit. As normal, 3 failed saves results in death. You can still receive healing while you are at 0 hit points.
