Dealers Luck

When playing any form of game (cards, dice, etc), the player may roll an insight check on every turn to see if the dealer is playing in his/her favor. If the player finds out if the dealer is rigging the game in any way or form, the player must find a way to get the advantage against the dealer. If the player is making a bet, the player may get some form of authorities involved if necessary.
