This expanded belt gives its user 3 leveled spells of the user's choosing from the wizard, cleric, or sorcerer spell lists, they can be swapped on a level up, and cannot be of a level higher than the user has spell slots, but they may be cast using any of the caster's available slots. One of the 3 may also be cast without any slots at all once per day. The spells can be changed upon a level up.
