You've learned how to rack up damage with multiple attacks:

• You gain a bonus to melee damage rolls equal to the number of successful consecutive melee weapon attacks you have made (to a maximum of +3). This damage boost resets to +1 on a missed attack, if you sheath/draw a weapon, or if you do not attack on a turn. This effect applies to any weapon attack, including Two-Weapon fighting, Polearm Master, Opportunity Attack, etc.
