Deliver a speech laced with jibes and insults that can psychologically damage your target. The more personal the insults, the more damage they do.
If the target can hear you (though it need not understand you), it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4+Bonus psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn. The bonus damage increases up to +4 the better you know the target.
Look at the reference list to get an idea of how high the applied bonus damage is.
Bonus Damage Reference List:
- +0: You know nothing more then the insight check before.
- +1: you have some vague information about your target.
- +2: the target is an old friend.
- +3: the target is a companion, who accompanies you on your adventures and has looked with you both into the dead and into the glass.
- +4: you are married to or have raised the target.
