Hair Binding

By sacrificing a spell slot, you may use your bonus action to grapple a character within 10 feet with magically enhanced hair.  You may use your Arcana check instead of either Athletics or Acrobatics when grappling with your hair.  You do not have disadvantage when targeting an adjacent character grappled this way with a ranged spell attack.
