Innumerable hours spent delving into the intricacies of divine magic, coupled with specialized martial training, grant you the ability to wield your divine gifts in remarkable new ways. As a bonus action, you call forth divine energy, exert your will, and shape it into a melee or ranged Divine Weapon of choice. The Divine Weapon's specific appearance is chosen at the time of summoning, but subsequent bonus actions can be used to reshape it into a different weapon type. You are proficient with this weapon for the duration and use Wisdom for attack and damage calculations.
- Your Wisdom score increases by 1 point, to a maximum of 20.
- Divine Weapons deal 1d10 points of radiant damage, and remains in existence until dismissed, or if it remains out of your grasp for longer than 1 round.
- At higher levels, the damage dealt by your Divine Weapon increases as well: (2d10) at 5th level, (3d10) at 11th level, and (4d10) at 17th level.
- Ranged Divine Weapons, such as bows, are summoned with ammunition, which materializes when you make an attack (e.g., an arrow manifests when you draw back its bowstring). The weapon's range, however, is limited to 120 feet.
- Melee Divine Weapons can possess the same properties as their mundane counterparts (e.g., versatile, thrown or reach), but are composed entirely of solid divine energy.
Multiple Attacks: Features like Two-Weapon Fighting, or the Dual Wielding feat, which grant additional attacks, allow you to wield a Divine Weapon in each hand. However, you must spend a bonus action to summon the second Divine Weapon, and the number of attacks you can take with a bonus action, remains limited to one.

Posted Jul 15, 2020If i summon a versatile weapon with this feat, for example a longsword, is there a difference if I use it with one or two hands? Does it deal 1d10 with one hand and 1d12 with two? Or does it deal 1d10 in both cases? That aside this is a really cool feat.

Posted Jul 16, 2020Hello JaxPax,
Thank you for the kind words.
My intent was for the base damage to be a constant 1d10 radiant, and for this damage to increase by another 1d10 in a similar rate as a basic cantrip, like Fire Bolt, Poison Spray, or Shocking Grasp.
The ability to choose the shape of your Divine Weapon is mainly for the purpose of flavor. That way one character may summon a Divine Hammer, while another character can summon a Divine Flail, all the while the damage can remain constant.
So, while you can choose to wield your versatile Divine Longsword with one or two hands, the damage remains at 1d10 radiant.
However, summoning a Divine Glaive or a Divine Whip, will grant you the reach property, or you can choose summon a Divine Crossbow instead.
My players seem to like the ability to choose the flavor of weapon that best fits their character.
I hope you have a great time using it, like my players have!
X.
