Unlucky Image

You have inexplicable bad luck that seems to kick in at just the wrong moment.

  • You have 2 unlucky points. Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, the DM can force you to re-roll using one unlucky point. The DM can choose to spend this point after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. They choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
  • They can also spend one unlucky point when an attack roll is made against you. Roll another d20. The DM can choose whether the attack uses the attacker's roll or yours.
  • You regain the expended unlucky points when you finish a long rest.
