Dragonshift

The draconic magic in your blood has grown strong enough that you are able to harness it and transform into a young gold dragon made of radiant flames. Once per week you may spend 1 minutes to transform into a young gold dragon(per the polymorph spell.) You must spend 1 minute in meditation to return to your normal form. If you are reduced to 0 HP while in this form you revert to your normal form unconscious. You are limited in the actions you can perform by the nature of your new form. You retain your alignment and personality.

Your gear melds into your  gold dragon form. You can't activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of its equipment.
