This feature grants the ability to regenerate for lizardfolk. Other kinds of reptiles can't use it.
Lizardfolk are known to be a type of a reptile. Hence this ability goes back to their lizard heritage and gives them the ability to fully regenerate their limbs after 3 weeks or even more. The feat uses a a good amount of magic to regenerate their limbs since they aren't fully a small lizard. The usage of this feature requires you to be a magic spellcaster. (Wizard,Warlock and etc...)
Since casters will be able to use this kind of this all over the body instead of just the tail. Once a day you will have to do a Consitiution check to see if you have succeed in growing the certain limb back.
If you roll under 15, the arm will not grow and the proccess will be slowed.
