Through trial and experimentation you have learned to utilize your Blood Curses in unexpected ways. You may use your Blood Maledict feature to increase the efficiency of an existing poison. The poison uses either your Hemocraft save DC or its base DC, whichever is higher.  In addition the target of the poison makes their save at Disadvantage. Any person affected by such a cursed poison is immune to another for the next 24 hours.
