when ever you use your Radiant Soul ability, you radiate bright light to a range of 15 feet and dim light 15 feet beyond that. a number of allies equal to your charisma modifier who are within your radiant aura when you activate your ability are under the effect of the Bless spell for the duration. any hostile creature that begins their turn with your aura must roll a Constitution saving throw or be blinded . DC = 8+ Proficiency mod+ Charisma Mod.
