      With your massively growing penis, you can grapple an enemy. They have to make a Strength saving throw against your DC (DC= 7+STR Modifier).

      You can also attempt to suffocate an enemy, wrapping your every growing "front-tail" around their neck. They must succeed a Constitution saving throw against your DC, or they will take 1d4 + STR - THEIR CON Bludgeoning Damage. 

      You can make a strike against your foes, whipping them with your genitalia. You have to succeed a melee weapon attack against their armor class, and they take 1d2+STR (1d4/2) Bludgeoning Damage.

      And you can balance on your dick to roundhouse kick someone, using the same mechanics as an unarmed strike.
