Your sick nasty surf board has gained a radical upgrade from some sort of elemental awesome powers.
Enhanced Board
Your surf board has become infused with conjuration and evocation magics and is now considered a magic item in any context where it would apply.
Elemental Surfing
Surfs up! Using your action, your board expands 5ft and can conjure one of the following elemental effects from your board and surf up to 15ft in a line.
Fiery Waves. Conjuring a wave of fire to ride your board, any creature in the line or within 5ft of the board must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 fire damage.
Ocean's Grace. Conjuring a waves from the Azure ocean to ride your board, any creature in the line of the board must make a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 ice damage and become stunned until the start of your next turn.
Rock Surfing. Conjuring stones from the bottom of your board, you become raised by 5ft as you generate a wall from under your board. Creatures in the path are pushed to one of the two sides (picking the side where they won't get entombed), taking 1d6+2 force damage.
Air Ride. Conjuring strong winds from your board, any creature in the line or within 5ft of the board must make a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15ft in whichever direction you choose getting knocked prone upon landing. If the creature were to hit a surface after being pushed they take 1d4 force damage for each 5ft they move before impact.
While surfing you may pick up, up to two medium creatures to ride your board with you. Small creatures count as half a medium creature and large are considered two.
You may use this ability while wild-shaped.
You may use Elemental Surfing once per battle a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Surfin' Shield
You may use your surf board to cast Shield a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1.) per long rest.
You cannot use this ability while wild-shaped.
