Prerequisite: Dexterity of at least 13
Your experience tussling in the seedier places of the world has taught you to use more underhanded tactics to gain the advantage in a fight. When you take this feat, you gain the following benefits:
- You gain proficiency in the Deception skill. If you already have this proficiency, you may add double your proficiency bonus to your Deception checks.
- On your turn, you may use your bonus action to Improvise, or to Shove or Distract a target in melee range. You may only take this bonus action if you have at least one free hand.
When you attempt to Distract a target, they must make a Wisdom (Insight) check against your Charisma (Deception) check. If they fail this check, you have advantage on your next attack roll made against them. You accomplish this by whatever nefarious means you can think of (throwing something in the target's face, yanking down their hood, making rude gestures, etc).
