Elemental expert

You may only take this feat if you have already taken elemental adept and only for the element in which you have taken it. With this feat creatures and people who are effected by the element of which you are expert is not resistant and if they are immune to that element they are instead resistant and and if you roll a 1 or a 2 on the die it is instead counted as a 3.
