Craft Rare Items

Prerequisite: Level 4

This Feat enables the user to craft Rare magical Items using an Arcana Check or a fitting Tool proficiency Check to create the item. The DC varies according to the rarity starting at 15 for common items increasing by 3 for each rarity tier.
