All your ability scores become 30, and you gain proficiency and expertise in all skills, weapons, gear, saving throws, and ability check. Also, you immediately become 20th level if you aren't already. Finally, you can cast all spells at will, with no drawbacks, your stats cannot be lowered, and your hit point maximum becomes 999 and you can only be hit by crits, which you take normal, not-crit damage from, and you are immune to all damage and spells.
