You leant two conducting techniques of your choice from. Those available to the college of the maestro bard class. If the technique requires the target to make a saving throw your dc is (8+proficiency+yourcharisma modifier)
If you already have a Bardic Inspiration dice you gain another. Otherwise you have a Bardic Inspiration die which cna be used as a bonus (as used in the Bardic Inspiration feature). Or to fuel your techniques.
Once expended you may regian your Bardic Inspiration die on a short or long rest.
