Prerequisite: Must be a Mastiff (warrior Sidekick)
For Mastiff (Warrior Sidekick) @ 7th level: advantage on initiative rolls. If this was included in the subclass, it would not be publishable. If included in race, it couldn't be limited by character level. So we have to resort to making it a feat and leaving a note in the race list to add this when the level is achieved.
You will need to add this feat on the character sheet yourself; we cannot do this automatically at this time.
This feat is not intended for general use, but to be a workaround for the gosh-we're-thankful-for-it-but-damn-if-it-ain't-it-flawed homebrew system provided by D&D Beyond.
