Dual Wielder Revised

You master fighting with two weapons, gaining the following benefits:

• You gain a +1 bonus to AC while you are wielding a separate melee weapon in each hand.
• You can draw or stow two one-handed weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
• Before you make a melee attack while you are using two weapon fighting, and you are proficient with both weapons, you can choose to take a penalty to the attack roll equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up). If the attack hits you add your proficiency bonus to the attack's damage.
• When you make an attack of opportunity while you are using two weapon fighting, you can make one attack with each of the weapons you are wielding to the same target with the same reaction.
