When a vampire enters a blood frenzy, they gain disadvantage on all stats except strength. They lose control and their sole goal is to consume blood. At least a teaspoon of blood is needed to end the blood frenzy.
A vampire can enter blood frenzy if they become too deep in a thirst while drinking blood, if they go too long without feeding or if they lose enough of their own blood or the blood they have consumed.
