Time Touched

Either through divine will by an elusive Time deity or dangerous overexposure to powerful chronomancy, part of your essence has become enmeshed with the sub-plane of Time itself. Though likely unaware of this connection, you can draw on it instinctively, causing Time to blur around you and shift in your favor. 

Passive: Being out of phase with your "present" reality makes you harder to hit and quicker to respond to threats, which often feel like deja vu. Your base AC is 13+DEX and you add your proficiency bonus to Initiative rolls.

Active: In moments where your or an ally's fate hangs in the balance, your connection to Time sharpens and grants you influence over potential outcomes. You learn the cantrip Resistance and can cast it as a reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
