Focused Spellcaster (Extra Spell Slots)

This feat provides +1 spell slot for each level.
This is awarded when combining 2 focus' (for the purpose of spell casting) into 1 item.

Example: Druidic focus with an arcane focus melded to the top of the staff.

This feat is not perfect.  It currently adds a spell for every level 1-9 whether or not the user has the ability to cast spells at that level yet.  However, the intended purpose is that the spells added through this feat can ONLY be used if there is another spell able to be used at that level, and instead of clicking Cast on the spell, you would click Use on this spell - thereby saving a spell slot and effectively granting an additional spell slot per long rest.
